Christmas Is Coming...

Christmas is 25 days away, are you prepared? I*m holding a cyber sale through Monday. As are a lot of people. I*ve done most of my shopping. I*m meeting my brother tomorrow to get my sticker from Myrtle beach & to give him our birthday stuff. Our birthday isn't until Dec. 18th but i can never wait that long. Mom asked what he wanted & i told her i had no idea, i don't go off what he wants {because i could careless} so i go by whatever screams *KEVIN*. It hasn't steered me wrong yet. I*ve had one of those days where everything is catching up at once so I*ve been in a BLAH mood today. With us being twins naturally he called about 2pm from the beack asking me if everything was ok, i said it was alright & he said i needed to cheer up because i was bringing him down. haha, i hate when that happens. The last time he was in a bad mood i went from so hyper i dont know what to do with myself to boohoo in no time. So i had to call him & tell him the same. My mom thinks its cool but our friends think it's weird. I haven't noticed until the last few days how much i miss mom & dad's house. I feel so comfortable there - raiding the cabinets & falling asleep on the couch listing to the fireplace crackle. Maybe it's just me in my rough patch but i miss "home".

Lessons In Blythe

I know there are a lot of people out there with Blythe's. I intend to get one soon. {if i can stop buying clothes & things} These dolls are getting more popular these days. My 2 cents..

With my 2nd venture into resin, i casted a few things that didn't make it. *R.I.P* innocent little teddy grams! I did however make a pendant. I thought it wasnt going to turn out because i was looking at it through the bottom of the mold & it looked a skewed, maybe because i didn have in my contacts..hmm..now i wonder if i was looking at it at all? tehehe!! I call it my 2 cents pendant. The star pendant includes 2 really shiny pennies & some red & gold glitter. I thought it would enchance the color of the copper pennies. The star pendant is 1.5" from top point to bottom point & a little shy of 2"w from left point to right point. It*s so cool! I*m really proud of this one, as it is my first try at embedding items. I think resin & i are going to be really good friends. I*ll be adding it soon to etsy but as of right now it can only be found at www.UniqueCharm.net.

That's So Randomness

It is 2am & I*m making cd's for my listening pleasure. For the past few weeks i cant sleep at all. Mom gave us Monday off to do what we will. Isn't she precious? ;D Justin is playing Gears Of War. I*m not really in the mood to do anything but what i want to do, so i dont want to play. Although & yes i know I*ve said this before. I can't wait for Gears Of War 2 to come out in November! You have to admit, even if you can't play it is so fun to watch. My favorite is General Ram. He is a locust. They are ugly as crap but Ram is cool because he has his coat that swishes when he runs. lol It distracts me sometimes. I'll be running around thinking about how cool my little guy looks & I*ll get my head popped. I don't play video games a lot but i cant play that game on split screen. I have the eye sight of a mole & the reflexes of a dead cow so it takes me a little while to get warmed up.

I can't wait to get the stuff i ordered. Mom called & i got my business cards yesterday so I*m going to pick them up today. I have a few people i need to send a lot too, so I*m glad they got here so quick like. I*ve been in a rather odd mood all day. Lately all i want to do is sleep, {and can't usually} i lay around or mope, i cry a lot for no reason, { i can think of at the time of the crying} & i want to be alone a lot. Mom says it sounds like im depressed. Recently I*ve been having more anxiety attacks too. I don't like airing my personal business but i guess I*m looking for a 2nd opinion?

I*m Cooking Tonight

I haven't been able to get anything done this weekend because Justin didn*t go back to work until today. I didnt ave to work today so i spent numerous hours cleaning the apartment from top to bottom. I*m waiting for new materials to make new items. I*m excited! If you read this when you stop by please take my poll. I*m trying to find figure out if it is even worth making earrings since so many of us on etsy make them. I*m coming up with new idea's that only include a little bit of beads other than being 98% beads. I want them to be noticed & stand out.

I am taking it upon myself to make dinner tonight. It has been so long since I*ve cooked its ridiculous! I miss getting everything together & yada yada. I*m making Italian meatloaf recipe that i turned into individual portions. I*m making them in a cupcake pan besides the traditional loaf pan. I*m also making baked potatoes & pea's. I let Justin pick the sides because i had a hand in most of the meal.

Raindrops Are Falling On My Head.

Although it has rained all day i love this weather! It*s only gotten to be 70* & the rain is really making it feel cooler. I like summer time & everything but i can not wait for the fall/winter. It was really hot yesterday but for some reason all i wanted to drink was coffee. I picked up some when Justin & I went shopping. He likes the hazelnut cinnamon I like it too but sometimes i just want to keep it simple you know. I was looking around & i ordered some "Da Vinci" blend. My aunt told me about the site where i am getting it & she said she has ordered a few & they are different but good. We shall see when it gets here. Mom, Justin & I were supposed to go to South Carolina today to do a little consulting. We wanted Justin to drive because we are both terrible at directions. He went to court to pay the seatbelt yada yada we got a few months ago when the cop stopped us. We did have on our seatbelts {safty first!} but he told us we put them on & he was just an ass. He jerked Justin's paperwork out of his hand & threw the ticket in the window then sped off throwing gravel all over my car!

I added a few new charms to UniqueCharm.net. I*ll add a few of them to UniqueCharm.etsy but .net is doing a slight bit better than etsy & the etsy fee's are killing me. The link referral sites are helping i believe. I tried to keep the layouts simple but have a little jazz to them & everybody didnt like them. So i just went back to a simple layout, which so far seems to be helping. No one is rating me bad for speed & navigational distress. ;D I*ll be adding more clay charms soon I wasn't here this time last year so i'm not exactly sure how to go about the holiday's. If anyone could give me advice that would be nice. :P

I haven't been at the computer for te last few days. Brett {Justin's little brother} left this morning for a year 1/2. We were hanging out with him & Justin's family until he had to leave. The 11th was his birthday so he spent the night with us & we took him to get a Nintendo DS & a few games for his birthday. Since i have a pink Nintendo DS we played Mario kart while Justin played Gears Of War. I have to catch up on everything now that I*ve been gone because i didn''t get a chance to make anything.

I did however get a chance to do some shopping. I did it online so i wouldn't have to leave & i could still hang out with Brett & Justin. I*ve seen a few E.L.F links on the fashion blogs i've been dropping cards on. So i decided to try them out. I usually use MAC but since i haven't bought any in a few months I*m almost out of everything. I couldn*t decide what i wanted so i got the master set. You get over 100 products from the eyes, lips, face, nails and tools categories. I can*t wait to get it! I love variety when it comes to makeup. Since winter is coming i love to have light browns, mocha's, & white's, earthy colors. I like to match my make up with my outfits, as im sure alot of us do. I even match my toe socks when i wear them with my flip flops. :P I*ve noticed when i buy an outfit it usually starts with me buying the shoes, then i buy the belt then the rest of the outfit. I love shopping it's fun. This is why i LOVE etsy! You can get jewels, purses, tee's, sweatshirts & knits.

Feeling A Little Better..

I havent been feeling good the past 2 days, but i did do my entrecard drops & my link referral stuff to keep myself visible. I was in the forums for a few minutes last night & i noticed, whenever people see something that is new they sort of try to bash it to see if anyone else jumps on board. Everyone has their own opinion we know that. I thought getting your name out there was a good thing? Oh well..

I*m coming up with new ring idea's so you*ll be see's those pretty soon. I*m waiting on my sterling silver wire to arrive. I order's a ton of wrongs beads (i blame the coffee to hyper to focus) so I*ve got to come up with a new design. I*ve been really busy lately but i do plan on adding more items soon. I know i need to stock up on rings, bracelet's, & earrings. I took a moment off to explore other options. It was fun & I*ll keep doing it but i started off with charms and jewelry & i need to stick with that.

I did do some custom order hair clips. They were for my little cousin's dance rehearsal. She was so graceful, unlike myself. It was also the time to test the durability of the clips. The twirled, spun, & jumped and the clips didn*t move at all. :P That's what i like to see. Here are her little clips.

I made a new ring, but I made 2 of the same one. They are super cute! They are not up on etsy or .net yet because the pictures are not up to par. I was so excited i didn*t want to wait! I*ll be re-taking pictures tomorrow & then I*ll add them. But You can Get a sneak peek now!

Newbie To UniqueCharm

I got a lot done last night...well this morning until 5am. I took a 3 hour nap yesterday when i got home from work & yeah wasnt sleepy until 5am this morning. So.. I did a mod on www.UniqueCharm.net. It was a little cluttered so i removed the links at the bottom of the page & added an extra section. I was going to make some new earrings but i ordered the wrong beads. OOPS! So i made a clutch instead. It*s SO roomy! You can fit, keys, cellphone, lip balm, handheld DS, whatever will fit in this. I did the elegant black & white design with butterflies. The clutch has a snap closure. I used my secret weapon to secure all the stitching since the clutch is 100% hand stitched by me. I use black & white felt threaded together with 100% cotton thread.

Flick Feature

I was searching through my groups & I found Rejina on Flickr. Rejina is a polymer clay artist. Her art work is beautiful you have to see it. It is amazing how colorful her work is. See for yourself! She will become a favorite very quickly. It just makes you feel happy. lol All the color just pops & its amazing how in tune it is with each piece.

Find New Items All week!

In the last 2 days I*ve done a little study for myself. The outcome has been fantastic! Starting Sunday afternoon i dropped the required 300 entrecards. I spaced them out so not to do them all at once, i don*t have that much patience. I did this Monday after the festivities too. I didnt get to do it Tuesday because i worked all day & layed around relaxing. (until now) Tuesday to my surprise i had 132 cards dropped on my blog. I only had 1 card running. So there you have it. It helps get noticed & you also find a lot of interesting stuff - or maybe i*m just nosy? hehe I have picked up a bunch of new ways to advertise.

September*s Game Plan..

I*m a little behind today, i cant get it in gear. Justin & I had so much fun last night. He got off work we had some friends over & I made us "sweet tarts". So we had some drinks & played guitar hero. Now i see why everyone says its better to play a little toasty. lol we had an excellent time. However today.....I*m behind on what i wanted to get done. :oP

I dont know why i didnt think of this before but tonight I*m going to make some hot tea & come up with all my sales & promotions for the month of September.
