I need some perspective...Can i have yours?

I'm getting back into the swing of handmade things. I was trying to find placess to advertise & showcase my items. I was wondering how everyone else gets there stuff out there? I know blogging is a GREAT way & it helps but other than that, how do you do it? I'd be so grateful if anyone could tell me their little secret. I know posting a different item everyday helps but sometimes i can't do so. I was just wondering. I'm in the process of taking new photo's & coming up with new items. I don't plain to post them all at once just trying to get a few different things rolling. I use my facebook page too but thats full of mostly local friends, how do you guys use this to your advantage as well?

A Day of Latte's

Today is going to be another long day & again, I*m not sleepy at all. I*m really excited more than anything. I*ve been sitting around thinking about different components & since I*ve got a job now i can get more stuff. MUAHAHA!! :D I find myself pondering in things that would usually scare me away. I*m ready for a change though. I*ve been on the zipper pouch kick because they come in handy, I*ve made myself & friends a bunch, so many that i had to oil my sewing machine. Speaking of zipper pouches, i got around to making one today. I*ll post it later this afternoon when i get home & take photo's. I*m running moms errands again in the morning at 8am while she works, then i have to be at Staples at 10:45am to fill out my paperwork & maybe do a little training. Ryan*s also going to give me my hours for next week, i think i have like 4 days? We went over it a little today when i went in to buy a bubble envelope & to give him the days i needed off :P He said "your not even on payroll until Friday & you come to me wanting 5 days off already?" I just smiled & he shook his head, he knows how i operate. I have the bands coming to Lake Donna on the 16th with the EMS Auxiliary team. Ryan said if he puts me in the copy center it will keep me occupied & since i talk to everyone i can talk them into stuff they dont need {he only half hearted meant that} to improve our monthly quota. Needless to say I*m going to need a venti white chocolate mocha from Starbucks to accomplish all that needs to be done today. Wish me luck!

I Got A Ticket...HELP?

So, I got a ticket last night. I went to the grocery store but when i got back home i noticed i forgot something, since the grocery store is like 1/2 a mile down the street i decided to go back. I saw the police car sitting at the store with his lights off & thought "i see you" then stopped for the stop light. All of a sudden he pulls in behind me, not disturbed i check my lane to make sure it's clear so i go. He pulls out behind me & through the stoplight i had to switch lanes to get into the turning lane & then he turned on his lights. {fantastic!} I turn in next to a restaurant {where everyone standing outside is ALL up in my business} & he strolls up & gives his name yada yada know why i stopped you yada yada.. It went SO much better than it could have. He stopped me because i have a tag light? {one of the lights that shines on my licenses tag} is out & it shows i dont have an inspection. {this was news to me} so i apologized while giving him my driver's licenses & searching what seemed endlessly for my registration. I had taken my seat belt off to dig in my glove box before he walked up so then he says "oh well i see your not wearing your seat belt." i smiled & told him i took it off to get to my glove box & he let me slide so he went back to his car to doodle around. He comes back & asks my address {i forgot i hadn't changed my driver's license address from mom's address yet} So i said i*d been living here for about a year. Then he gave me more useful info. Did you know its a misdemeanor if your address doesn't match where you live? I had no idea! Anyoo, he only wrote me the ticket for my inspection. I*ve gotta get 2 new tires before my inspection {i drive alot so i wear out tires every 5 or 6 months.} the tires i need are $115 a piece plus the court cost & the ticket fee. Since it is going to cost me over $400 to get this ticket paid i was just wondering if anyone would take a peek at my website? I*ll give everyone FREE shipping!! Alot To Do About Nothing.

I*ve been so busy the last few days i havent had a chance to update. I need for you guys to help me by taking my poll. I*m getting a few new idea's & i need help figureing out what i*m going to turn them into. Should i make more earrings or should i start making key chains as well? Since work is picking up a little im usually pretty busy except for on the weekends. But i want to have a lottle variety. I think you guys will be pleased with the new features because its not all clay & crystals. I*m uping it notch, i found some super cute stuff on ebay shops. I bought a few to se how they do, i think they*ll rock. They really reflect my personality. I dont want to give to much away but i think you guys will like them too.

Mom & I went to South Carolina yesterday to do some consulting. We drove for 7 1/2 hours total for an hour of talking & meeting if that. They knew what they wanted. lol it was fun though i only got us lost 2 times! { that was right down the street from the apartment} Those inner & outter beltlines are a little tricky. :P I got us there & got us home thats all that mattered. Justin has been on vaca since last Saturday & he was supposed to go but he has this new job hes mom is trying to get him with her & he had to have in all of his paperwork yesterday. We thought he had 3 weeks. Anyhoo that got done & everything is fine. I got Viva Pinata for the DS tonight so im going to lay back & play that for a few minutes. I*m pooped! I cant wait until tomorrow when i get home from work i can sleep for hours on end! woohoo!! :P

Justin & I are trying to go to Washington in a month or so. ALL the proceeds from this is going into our Washington fund. He asked me where I*d like to go for a little get away & how long I*d want to go for. I*m rather impatient & since i want to go ASAP I told him only for a day. That's a lot of driving but i think it*ll be fun. Usually I*d say the beach, but i can get a tan right here at the pool, plus i dont want to leave Roo ( the chinchilla ) for to long. Random Rants - Behind The Scene

What to say about today? I*m just so bored! I have nothing to do all day & it*s getting really old. My car is in a shop i took it to to see if the dealer screwed me. I dropped it off 2 days ago so we should hear something by tomorrow. If there is something wrong with it, its going back to the dealership from once where it came. $350 a month + the insurance. I don*t have any money to get it fixed lol My moms like "it doesnt work like that you just cant take it back" uhhh... i can when i have lies in paperwork & i will. I*ve learned from 3 years in customer service you can get anything done with a little noise. Besides, my brother works at Leith BMW (Leith owns 95% of the car dealership business around here) & since he*s my brother & hes had his butt in hot water a time or two we all know Mrs. Leith. I*ll have her take a look at the papers to see if there's anything i can do. I*m looking for other cars incase this will happen. Now i see why my parents get mad because i never have any money. I spent it on "wants" not "needs". I don*t have a lot of needs though, Justin takes care of all that. I have a roof over my head & food in my tummy.

I did a little blog hopping to do a little advertising. I*m trying to brainstorm ways to get my website out there. I*ve made a few sales but i dont know if its worth all the hastle to keep it up & running. What do you guys do? I want some advice! I*ve yet to tap local resources, so I*m going to try a lot of that before i give up. Anything to get me out of this house! I*ve been here for the last 3 months. In this time period i have become prone to panic attacks. hehehe Maybe I*ve become un-socialized? :o] I just know I*m bored & going crazy! I was all excited about getting the car because mom's going to let me work with her, now that*s going to be at least another week. If i have to take the car back I*ve still gotta go through that & get another car. BLEH! I*m trying to make the best of the situation. lol See, I*m trying to figure it out.

Since justin is paying all the bills we really really really dont have any extra money for me to get supplies thats why you dont see anything new but stickers in UC.etsy & UC.net. I*m working on it. I*m trying my hand at screen printing. So far ITS AWESOME! I may have to start doing it at my room at mom's house though. I don*t want the fumes to hurt the lil roo.

I was going through some pictures. I*ve posted a few pictures of Roo but not so much of Punkin. He*s staying with my mom & dad because its a lot to have him in the apartment. Isn*t he a cutie? He is so spoiled! (He only Drinks hot pepsi)He doesnt look spoiled does he? lol hes my punkie!!!

Falling Behind

Life has thrown yet another curve ball. Justin has been telling me to take it easy for a few months now. Since my car was totaled he hasnt said anything about a job it has just been "relax & take it easy". Well he finally got his car back & while he was getting it fixed he upgraded almost everything so now.. i*ve got a week to get a car & a job & I*ve only got $400 to do so. He*s telling me i cant get anything but an accord because they*re dependable. I totally agree with this but the one he wants me to get is 10k! :o) due to some credit card problems my credit sucks! He told me i have to move out if i don*t meet these 2 requirements in the time giving,not that we're breaking up but that i have to move back in with my parents. *cringes* I so don*t want that!

Family System

I*ve had a pretty good day today. My tummy has been hurting all day but thats about it. Jennifer has the flu so i hope I*m not getting what shes got! I have however been on a creative spree. I*m trying to get new things into Unique Charm. So I*m trying to do different things when i can. I recently got into making greeting cards & i love doing it. My mom stopped by for awhile to see me & bring our clothes :) I*ll be so glad when i get a car & I*m mobile again. I never thought I*d say this but i actually want to get a job! It will get me out of the house & I*ll have the money to do what i want to do. Justin lets me do as i please but i feel so guilty because I*m not helping. I made 2 more cards today that are going up tomorrow & i also added a pair of earrings & a bracelet. This is my only source of income so I*m trying because its getting really really low! I*m also trying to cook up a little something for father*s day. My dad went to the doctor last week & they called a few days ago & told him he needed a liver transplant. He*s so scared & you can tell, thats just not my dad. I wanted to thank all of you who helped me get Justin*s brother the guitar he wanted. I gave him the money i had raised & he bought waht he wanted. He was so happy & i wanted to thank everyone who helped me out. I*m going to try to sell everything i can to do something really special for my dad on father*s day. On that note.. here*s the new stuff today. The things i made today will be on tomrrows blog.

So here*s the lowdown on the car situation. Justin is getting his car completely re-done..again.. My insurance company totaled my car & that was it. Justin*s parents have decided to get a new car so Justin can use his dad*s truck until he gets his car back. That leaves me with nothing to drive, until i get my taxes back. I didnt work a lot last year so it wont be a lot. I*m still in need of money for a down payment because theres no telling how long it will take to get that money back. So..
